So aside from I've developed some hobbies and some are healthy and others are defintely on the spectrum.
I'm currently reading All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven and might I say that this book is such a good read. There is a Netflix film of this movie which is equally amazing. The movie displays a complex plot where there was only enough information to keep you locked in until BAM!! plot twist. I'm only about half through the book but I can sense the plot building. When I'm finished with this book I think I want to dive into The Way I Used To Be by Amber Smith.
Meditating and Journaling in the Morning
If you know me you know I love to journal and meditate and I recently explore the power of doing these practices in the morning so that my day is started off on the right foot. I journal for maybe 10 mins max and Meditate for the remainder of the time I have left. I just a new guided journal from Barnes & Noble that I'm so exciting to use.
I know, I know this has been a huge trend and the song "We Don't Talk About Bruno" has been very trendy. There are typically two types of people when it comes to Disney movies: One who is madly annoyed or the other who is madly in love with the songs and the movie. Considering I am a 5 year old in a 17 year old body, I LOVE Disney movies and Encanto has been added to my top 3 list with Lion King and Pocahontas.
